SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Possible delivery options:

  • Pick up in Gold store - FREE

    Remember that the person who comes to collect the order only needs to present the QR Gold or the QR code of the electronic ticket as long as they are the buyer. If another person comes in your place, they must also present their identification document.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery Spain 3.78 EUR - 2 to 5 business days
    • Standard delivery EUROPE 5.99 EUR - 4 to 10 business days

    • Rest of the world 18.99 EUR

    If you have made the purchase as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing the details of your order from your account ; as long as the status of the order allows it.

The deadlines indicated above will be extended for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas.

Keep in mind that deliveries are made only on working days.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

You can also access this information through the section shopping . If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email to follow up.

These are the states through which your order will pass:

  • Purchased : you have successfully completed the purchase of your order.
  • In progress : we have received your purchase information.
  • In preparation : your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
  • Sent : the order has already left our facilities.
  • Picked up by carrier : your order is on the way, you will receive it soon.
  • Delivered to customer : you have already received your order.
